Frequently Asked Questions

How long before we see anything change?

Every engagement starts with a discovery session, not a proposal. You get written observations after that first conversation regardless of whether the engagement continues, so you see something concrete before committing to more.

Will this replace the software we already use?

Not by default. We map the workflow first and only recommend replacing a tool when the tool itself is the problem. Most engagements connect what you already have rather than ripping it out.

Do you work with small crews or only larger contractors?

Both. The systems change with size, but the approach does not: understand how work actually moves before recommending anything.

Is our data hosted in Canada?

Yes. NDCON can deliver on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with PIPEDA compliance built in from the start.

The Process

The approach is always the same and the outcomes are constructed to suit how you run your construction or trades organization.

Phase 1
Discovery and diagnostic

Every engagement starts with a conversation about operations, not a pitch. We ask about how work moves through the organization, where it stalls, and what success looks like in measurable terms. You receive written observations after the session regardless of what comes next.

Phase 2
Workflow design and gap analysis

Before any platform is selected or any code is written, we map the workflow the solution will serve. We identify where gaps are costing time or margin, prioritize the changes with the most impact, and agree on a sequenced plan before any implementation begins.

Phase 3
Implementation or Delivery

Depending on the engagement, this is where we build: a roadmap document, a configured platform, a custom application, or an ongoing advisory structure. Every deliverable is scoped and agreed in writing before work starts.

Phase 4
Measurement and Ongoing Support

We do not consider an engagement complete when the system goes live. We measure adoption, track the outcomes defined at the start, and remain available for support, iteration, and advisory as the organization evolves.
