NDCON

Agencies

When client delivery scales faster than the systems supporting it, the cracks show quickly. Inconsistent onboarding, slow proposals, and reporting that depends on whoever remembers to pull the numbers are operational problems, not capacity ones. NDCON connects your workflow, your systems, and your reporting into infrastructure that scales with the work.

What NDCON Delivers

CRM Setup and Customization

A pipeline built around how proposals and client relationships actually move, not a generic template.

Reporting and Dashboards

Client and delivery reporting that does not depend on one person remembering to pull the numbers.

Workflow Automation

Onboarding and delivery workflows that scale with headcount instead of adding more manual steps.

Signs It's Time

What we hear most from agencies before they call us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before we see anything change?

Every engagement starts with a discovery session, not a proposal. You get written observations after that first conversation regardless of whether the engagement continues, so you see something concrete before committing to more.

Will this replace the software we already use?

Not by default. We map the workflow first and only recommend replacing a tool when the tool itself is the problem. Most engagements connect what you already have rather than ripping it out.

Do you work with small agencies or only larger shops?

Both. The systems change with size, but the approach does not: understand how work actually moves before recommending anything.

Is our data hosted in Canada?

Yes. NDCON can deliver on Canadian-hosted infrastructure with PIPEDA compliance built in from the start.

The Process

The approach is always the same and the outcomes are tailored for your organization. We diagnose before we recommend. We design before we build. We measure before we move on.

Phase 1
Discovery and diagnostic

Every engagement starts with a conversation about operations, not a pitch. We ask about how work moves through the organization, where it stalls, and what success looks like in measurable terms. You receive written observations after the session regardless of what comes next.

Phase 2
Workflow design and gap analysis

Before any platform is selected or any code is written, we map the workflow the solution will serve. We identify where gaps are costing time or margin, prioritize the changes with the most impact, and agree on a sequenced plan before any implementation begins.

Phase 3
Implementation or Delivery

Depending on the engagement, this is where we build: a roadmap document, a configured platform, a custom application, or an ongoing advisory structure. Every deliverable is scoped and agreed in writing before work starts.

Phase 4
Measurement and Ongoing Support

We do not consider an engagement complete when the system goes live. We measure adoption, track the outcomes defined at the start, and remain available for support, iteration, and advisory as the organization evolves.
