NDCON was started because we kept seeing the same problem across organizations of every size and sector.
Software would get purchased, licenses would get paid, and six months later the team would still be running operations the same way they always had, just with more browser tabs open.
The issue was never the software. It was the sequence.
Technology was being selected before anyone had mapped the workflow it was supposed to serve. The result was systems nobody fully used, data living in three places at once, and a growing gap between what the tools promised and what the business actually needed.
NDCON closes that gap.
Over 20 years and 130+ client engagements, we have refined a delivery approach that starts with operations first. We map how work moves through the organization before recommending anything. We design the workflow before selecting the platform. We measure outcomes in weeks, not quarters and support your efforts to scale by providing dedicated support and managed changes.
NDCON is based in Ottawa, incorporated in Ontario, and built for Canadian organizations. Canadian data residency and PIPEDA compliance are not features we added later. They are part of how we architect every solution we deliver.
