We charge a one-time onboarding administrative fee for all new clients. This is to cover administrative costs of setting up access to your existing systems, onboarding team members to their support portal.
Monthly fees start at $500 per month for support services for teams of 1-5. This monthly fee includes all services. The fee does not include any subscription software except in the case of hosted sites which require premium plugin licenses – these costs are incorporated into your monthly fees.

We’ll coordinate obtaining any logins to your existing systems for the purpose of supporting you. We recommend licensing an additional user license exclusively for our use to each system.
After we gain access to your systems, we’ll get to work with reviewing the setup and putting a support plan in place to get started.
