How can I determine what services I need?
If you know what you need to achieve from a business perspective, we will guide you in determining the technical services needed to deliver.
What services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive technical services focused on SaaS application design, customization, integration and automation. For example a CRM can be integrated to your accounting system and website. Our services would design, develop, launch and support that integration.
What kind of fees do you charge?
For engagements requiring a discovery phase, this fee is dependent on your team size and the fee starts at $1,200. This includes time for discussion and investigation and a proposal outlining specific requirements, outcomes and any information pertaining to ensuring the project overview is clear.
We charge a one-time onboarding administrative fee for all new clients. This is to cover administrative costs of setting up access to your existing systems, onboarding team members to their support portal.
Monthly fees start at $500 per month for support services for teams of 1-5. This monthly fee includes all services. The fee does not include any subscription software except in the case of hosted sites which require premium plugin licenses – these costs are incorporated into your monthly fees.

How do I know I need to invest in discovery?
If you are struggling to prioritize your technology needs, you don’t understand it enough to know if your IT MSP can help or if you need more expertise, you likely need a discovery. This process involves interviews, system reviews and the outcome of the discovery is a proposal that will serve as a guide. It is to help you take that next step towards deciding if a deeper, longer term investment is needed to incorporate more technology automation into your business.

It does depend on the type of change. We will advise on the best time to get started based on this information and other important factors that are relevant to your business and industry.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. You will sign a proposal which will serve as an SOW. When you hire us, you are committing to terms outlined in our Master Service Agreement and terms as indicated in your SOW.
What is the onboarding process?
After we partner up, you will be invited to your team portal. This will contain all information we share with you and allow you to easily share information with us. We’ll coordinate obtaining any logins to your existing systems for the purpose of supporting you. We recommend licensing an additional user license exclusively for our use to each system.
After we gain access to your systems, we’ll get to work with reviewing the setup and putting a support plan in place to get started.
